1. Product Search: Search the products you would like quoted below.
2. Product Information: Hover over the information button (i) to access detailed cost indications.
The (i) icon at the top left of the images will provide you with a price range, covering locally printed options to bulk pricing offshore, with rough estimates ranging from 25 to 5000 units.
Quotes will be provided based on your specified quantities.
3. Product Selection: Click on the images of the items you wish to receive quotes for. A black border will appear around selected items. You can choose as many items as you require and enter the desired quantity in the “Required Quantity” box.
4. Next Steps: Click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page to proceed. On the next page, kindly provide us with your details.
5. Quote Submission: We will promptly send you a quote based on your selections.
Our Workflow:
1. Approval: Upon receiving your quote, you will be presented with an approval form to sign and return.
2. Purchase Order: Raise a purchase order based on the provided quote.
3. Production: We initiate production once the purchase order is confirmed.
4. Delivery: Your merchandise will be delivered as per the agreed timeline.
Timelines:
Locally printed Items: These typically have a shorter turnaround time, averaging about 7-10 working days, depending on stock availability. However, they maybe priced slightly higher rather then when you buy in the overall bulk order.
Offshore Printed Items: This option offers a more cost-effective solution but comes with longer lead times, ranging from 6 to 16 weeks, depending on the item and shipping method (Air Freight or Sea Freight). Feel free to get in touch with us for a better understanding once you’ve finalised your requirements.
Key Dates for your Reference:
Orientation 2024: 19th February
Bulk orders are usually delivered at the end of January to early February. Cut-off dates for orders are approximately 4 months in advance, with this year’s deadline being 2nd October 2023.
Open Day 2024 – (NOT CONFIRMED) 31st August
Bulk orders are typically delivered in late July to mid-August. Cut-off dates for orders are around 4 months prior, with the deadline for 20th April 2024.
