Screen Printing

Screen-printing is achieved by forcing ink through a mesh screen and then, onto the product. 

This method is ideal for solid coloured logos / artwork on bags, t-shirts, tea towels.
It isn’t ideal for logos with half tones or shading in them. 

Matching colours are done by Pantone Colours (PMS). Your brand guidelines should have these incorporated in them, if not we can help if you have CMYK / HEX / RGB colour tone numbers.

Dark surfaces require a white base and may require another print and setup fee depending on the shade of colour and print partner. 

The ink being used is also considered, whether it is water-based or plastisol. 

Print files for your artwork that we required are true vector files like .EPS, .PDF, or .Ai formats with all text outlined.

Embroidery

Sublimation

This is a printing process done on all polyester materials. The gaseous state of the ink to be used would result in a totally smooth-finished image and yet, washable. The finished image is fully embedded into the material itself. Additionally, the quality of print is high resolution that has vivid and really vibrant colours.

Suitable products are those with white surfaces and materials. Talk to us about it!
