How do we order some bags?
  1. Search our products and find what you want a quote for
  2. Fill out the “Quote My Print” if you go for branded bags.
  3. Click “Order Plain Bags Now” if you are after plain bags.

Note: We can make recommendations and layout options for you if you need to.

How do we get a hold of you for recommendations and/or order directly?
  1. You upload your artwork on the quotation form. You may email us directly the artwork also; whichever works better for you.
  2. We will send you a quote within the 4-hour period. 
  3. Once you accept the pricing, a proof will be supplied for you to sign off on.
  4. We send you an invoice and we produce your bags. If you are on a deadline, let us know so we can check what can be done to ensure it is sent to you timely.
What are your minimum orders?

Locally Printed Bags – 20 units depending on the bag style. *There are bag styles that do not require MOQ.

Offshore Produced Bags – Usually 500 to 1000 units MOQ depending on the material and colour options.

Can you order less than the minimum quantity for locally stocked products?

Yes, you can for plain and unbranded bags. However, if you are to print a design, you need to get at least the MOQ for each bag style.

How do we get a fully customised bag?

Send us your ideas and our design team can turn it into a product worth keeping. We just need to know a few basics such as the colours involved, bag material, the bag size you are after, the logos and/or artwork you want branded on them, as well as the date you need them delivered to you by.

If you do not have a print ready artwork file, our team can craft you your own super trendy style at $45 +GSTper half hour.


What print method is best?

It depends on the bag material and your logo/artwork. Each printing method has its own benefits and some materials work better than others. If you have any questions, ask away and we’ll give you the lowdown. Visit our printing methods to read what may work best for you. 

What colours are available?

Under each product selected will be the colours in the images. If the colour is not there your after we do not do that colours in that product in our locally stocked range. 

For custom bags done offshore, we can customise to any colour you require depending on the MOQ.

What is your delivery time frame?

If you do not require any branding, the products you have ordered and paid for are dispatched right away and delivery usually takes within 1-3 days from dispatch date.

Locally supplied bags will only require 7-10 days for production plus delivery from when you have made payments and approved the final proof.

If you need them rather urgently, there may be an additional fee to expedite printing and production. You only need to let us know the deadline and we can check what can be done for you.

Bespoke, our custom products are made offshore. The lead time will depend on whether you will go for sea freight or get them air freighted into NZ. Sea freight option is approximately up to 10-12 weeks while airfreight is 6-8 weeks.

What files do you require to print our branding?

Screen Printing – We require real vector artwork in a .EPS, .PDF or .Ai file format with all the text outlined. Ask your designer to do this please and send us the final file.

Any artwork that needs to be vectorised for screen printing, we charge for simple logos at $45 + GST.

Digital Printing – We can work with JPG, BMP, PNG .AI, .PSD and .PDF file formats. Images need to be high-resolution to print super sharp.

If you just can’t get the right files or you want some artwork created, we’ve got you sussed. We have an in-house designer who charges $45 per + GST per half an hour block with a lead time of within 24 hours.

Can you provide samples?

We supply non-branded samples for FREE. However, there are some bags that would require freight cost for samples.

How are samples approved?

We send you a digital proof before we print anything to ensure that you have reviewed the PMS colours, placement, size of the branding, the bag style, and the bag colour. You only need to digitally or physically sign the approval form and send back to us then we can begin printing.

If you are keen on printed samples, we can sort that out for you at $80 plus GST and freight. 

When you are ready to proceed with bulk order after the printed sample is produced, only a reset up cost will be applied for the screen.

If the order is already in production and we wish to cancel for some reason, do we get our money back?

If we can get this cancelled before it starts then, yes. 

If you have signed the approval form and wish to cancel mid-production, you will be liable for all costs that have been completed to date. 

If the production has finished, then we can’t give you a refund unfortunately.
